C&G Collective is an interdisciplinary arts practice based in Detroit that partners with educational and cultural institutions, health care centers, local businesses, and civic centers to produce and evaluate activating, liberatory theatre programs, hinged on the assets and needs of diverse populations.

Dissipative structures demonstrate disorder can be a source of order, and that growth is found in disequilibrium, not in balance. The things we fear most in organizations – fluctuations, disturbances, imbalances – need not be signs of an impending disorder that will destroy us. Instead, fluctuations are the primary source of creativity.
